Will I need a new a product primal if I reinstall Windows?

My PC:
i7 6700K 4.00ghz
Gigabyte Z170X - Gaming 7
M.skill Ripjaws V 16GB 3000mhz (tried to have out one ram simply it was all the same looping)
MSI Seahawk NVIDIA GTX 1070
Corsair 750W P2 PSU
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB (Windows Installed)
Western Digital Blackness 1TB

During the install, when information technology asks for the license primal...at the lesser of that window there is a link for "I don't have a product central"
Click that, and proceed.
When the system side by side goes online, information technology will activate itself.
