Question: Cleaning Off Mold on Textured Ceiling?

My textured (swirled) ceiling is overrun with black mold. The bath has got 2 bathroom fans already (on acme of bathroom and shower), but at that place is nonetheless a problem. Question: Getting Rid of Mold on Plaster Walls?
Our habitation was built back in the mid 50s and we seem to get mold but on the exterior corners at the ceiling and top of the walls as well as in the corners if furniture is up against it. We apply Concrobium mold control to clean the surfaces too as to treat it. This issue has too caused the paint to come up off of the walls. We are not sure if an oil-based paint was ever used, and nosotros did paint them with a latex paint. Any suggestions on how to eliminate the issues?
